The Advanced Fitness Award is the first of many awards you will start working on once they pass Core Badge 1. To complete any of the other Advanced Awards you must first complete the Fitness award at that level e.g. to complete Floor Bronze you must have completed Fitness Bronze, to complete Silver Dance you must have complete Silver Fitness

Designed for those taking part in gymnastics at all levels. This scheme is for those that are 5 years and above and will introduce them to the basic shape, movements and practices. They will start on Badge 8 working down to Badge 1.
